Registration
Registration will be between 9.00am – 9.30am at Age Group Control points which will be situated adjacent to the age group pitch. The first matches will start at 10.00am.

Format
The festival is an A Team competition and will be made up of 2 pools of 5 teams in each age group from U8’s to U12’s. The winner of each pool will play each other in the final.

The U7’s will be made up of 4 pools of 4 teams. The winner of each pool will meet in the semi-finals, with the winner of each semi-final playing the final.

Win – 3 points, Draw – 1 point. There will be no conversions.

In the event of a points tie between teams, positions will be decided as follows:

1) Match points difference

2) Total number of tries

3) Result of match between tied sides

4) In the event of all the above still remaining as a tie at the pool stages, then the pool winner will be decided on the toss of a coin and will proceed to the final.

5) Final – As above

Referees
Each club will need to provide one referee per age group team. It has been assumed that you will be able to do this and we have allocated referees to each match. There will be a referees briefing at 9.40am at each Age Group Control point.

Car & Coach Parking

Coaches should drop off and pick up from Bramley Road to the north of the site, there is a link through to the pitches between the Chicken Shed Theatre and Bramley Close.

There is no allocated car parking in or near the club. Cars will have to be parked in adjoining side streets. please respect our neighbours and the parking restrictions that are in force (please note that parking on the verge of the main road will earn you a parking ticket and indeed that cars have been TOWED away in the past. This can lead to it being a very expensive day out).

Facilities
Facilities and services available will include: first aid, toilets, a variety of refreshments including hot and cold food, soft drinks, sweets, photo stall and a licensed bar. Saracens Junior/Senior kit, gum sheilds and studs will be on sale

Raffle
Tickets will be on sale from each Age Group Control Tent.

Medal Ceremony
Medals will be presented to the winner and runner up for each age group. We aim to commence the Medal Cer-emony at 2.30pm. Saracens players (past and present) are likely to be part of the ceremony. All U7s and U8s will receive a medal, and there will be medals for the winners, and runners up in the older age groups.
