Welcome to the Sonics Under 12s homepage. Our Sonics Under 12s are made up of players in school years 6 and 7 and are a friendly, welcoming, and supportive group; as keen to develop in rugby as they are to welcome others to the sport. So, why not join us?

In the Sonics we pride ourselves on building a family of confident, strong, young women, who exemplify rugby's core values (teamwork, respect, enjoyment, discipline, and sportsmanship) on and off the field; and who play hard for both their club and their rugby sisters.

With players in our Under 16 and 18 age grades selected for Middlesex and for England's Player Development Group (PDG) and Under 18s squad respectively, we're proud of what our Sonics have achieved so far.

And there's always room for more! We're always on the look-out for new Sonics; and with teams in all four junior girls' age grades (Under 12s, 14s, 16s and 18s), accommodating players from school years 6 to 13 inclusive, there really is a place for everyone, whatever your shape, size, heritage, or background.

So, come check us out at Bramley Sports Ground on Thursdays from 6.30 to 8pm or Sundays from 12-2pm. No prior rugby experience is needed: Our friendly coaches will teach you everything you need to know; and you'll love the community you find.
