7. Club Logo Usage

Saracens Amateur Rugby Football Club Limited (‘SARFC’ or ‘the Club’) has a licence to use the Saracens logos from Saracens Limited. The logos are the property of Saracens Limited and therefore the Club has a duty of care in how the logos are used by SARFC and / or the Club’s members.

Reproduction of the logo therefore needs to be controlled to ensure that it used in appropriate contexts as well as in the correct formats and style. These guidelines apply to both print and electronic media. The Saracens logos are trademarked and are protected under copyright law.

Misuse of the logo or contravention of these guidelines will be treated seriously.
